VIP uses two systems of publication:
The norm in the publishing world is for the publishing house to fund the publication and to
pay the author a royalty per units sold. The normal percentage ranges between 10%
(for an unknown author) to 15% for a well-known author.

Here the author purchases a bulk order (normally 1000-2000 books), which he/she obtains at
cost price. No royalties are paid. The author has priority distribution rights
wherever he/she is present (in local churches, conferences etc.). VIP has rights to
distribute the remainder of the stock wherever the author is not present.
The author will make a minimum of three times the amount, using this
approach, than through the royalty system.
VIP's cost structure is almost the same, through royalties or bulk sales. The latter
method is therefore a win-win situation. Authors we have published so far have recovered
their outlay within the first year. Prospective authors should communicate directly with
